Winware Professional 4-Quart Aluminum Sauce Pan
This Pan Does the Job, (What's this?) I wanted a sturdy, no-frills 2.5 quart saucepan and this turned out to be a good choice. The handle gets hot and is a too narrow to feel like you have an ideal grip, but in a pan this size, not really a problem. No pouring spout but the aluminum edge handles pouring better than expected. Goes in the oven, demands no special care.
