Sturdier that I expected, (What's this?) I bought this pan to replace an older Farberware pan whose handle had broken beyond repair. To start with, the pan is much nicer than I expected from a $16 saucepan!

The pan itself is quite heavy duty, for a 1 qt pan, and the handle is brawnier than the handles of my larger, older Farberware pans. The nonstick coating seems durable, and the two pour spouts are convenient.

The lid is also good quality, with a large handle (great idea... my other lids all have either that little bitty knob that is just not big enough to prevent hot fingers, or a metal handle that gets very hot and requires an oven mitt) and two different sized strainer holes, for more versatility.

I may replace my entire set, if I can find the other sizes.
